Is Zentel 400 mg Safe for Pregnant Women?

Zentel Worm Medicine is generally not recommended for use during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Albendazole can potentially cause harm to the developing fetus. If a pregnant woman requires treatment for parasitic infections, a healthcare provider should be consulted to evaluate the risks and benefits and to consider alternative treatments.

Women of childbearing age are often advised to take Zentel only if they are using effective contraception and to avoid pregnancy for at least one month after completing the treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before taking any medication during pregnancy.
