The Manager of Benefits at the Social Security Institute, under the provisions of Complementary Law No. 40/2021, has granted permanent disability retirement to Andrea Liberato da Silva, a School Nutrition Agent, Class III, Level H, from the Secretariat of Education and Sports. The retirement is granted under Article 40, Paragraph 1, Item I of the Federal Constitution, with benefits as stipulated by EC No. 41/03. The ordinance takes effect from the date of publication.
